She is the creator of The Divine Feminine Program, and the founder of Southside Healing, her signature methodology that supports women around the world to return home to their power, intuition, and magnetism. Having built a thriving six-figure soul-led business — and manifested multi-millions alongside her partner — Bonita now teaches the energetic, emotional, and spiritual foundations of true abundance.

But her journey began long before that.

Bonita’s path has been shaped by her ancestral lineage and spiritual devotion. Her great grandmother was a respected Buddhist, and her own healing journey spans over a decade of training in Eastern and Western energy healing modalities. Born in Hawaii and raised between Vancouver and Hong Kong, Bonita grew up in a multicultural world and later received her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Religious Studies in Ontario, Canada.


She has been trained in VortexHealing®, Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Conscious Loving, intuitive psychic healing, Yin Yoga, crystal bowl and gong sound therapy. She was attuned by three Reiki Masters and is a 4th generation Reiki Master Teacher in direct lineage to Dr. Usui. Bonita’s energy work is deeply intuitive, grounded, and emotionally attuned — restoring balance, clarity, and expansion at both the cellular and spiritual level.

After running a successful practice in Hong Kong, Bonita relocated to Amsterdam in 2022, where she now leads her global programs, teaches workshops, and offers select healing sessions for returning clients and students.
She was a Finalist in the 2021 Liv Media Wellness Awards Hong Kong, nominated for Best Alternative Healer, Best Sound Healer, and Best Alternative Healing Centre.
